New chapter on carbon management in book on climate change policy in North America

Chapter 10 in this insightful new book provides a framework to understand various "domains" of greenhouse gas measurement and management. Available December 2013, this volume was born back in 2010 at a workshop organised by the editors. Despite this long time frame, and the (lack of) movement on this issue over the last couple years, the analysis provided over the twelve chapters from 14 authors remains current and applicable.
